Our Products are made from top quality materials sourced from within the EU. The images are printed using a high quality colour laser printer, giving higher resolution on such a small print area.

Images. Please send with your order, via the link provided on our Contact Page. We will edit them and send a badge artwork template for approval. File formats include: photoshop. png. jpeg. giff etc. Please note the quality of the image sent will have an effect on the quality of the final print. We recommend your images be at least 300dpi.

Design. Our in-house design team can edit your images ready for printing, or if required will design you a unique personalised badge, Keyring or Calendar all included in the price no hidden extras.

Returns. All our custom made products are quality checked for defaults prior to dispatch. However should any genuine fault be missed, we will be happy to replace or refund the faulty item. We must be informed within 24 hours of receipt and the faulty item returned within 7 days. Postage costs will also be refunded should we deem the item as faulty.
