FAQ

Q. How can I get my artwork to you?

A. You can upload JPG, GIF and bitmap files directly from the submit artwork page on this site, or you can email your artwork to image@quickbadge.co.uk. Please note, we can match your order and artwork using your email address.

 

Q. Can I pay by cheque instead, as I don't have a PayPal account?

A. We no longer accept payments by cheque due to the costs and time involved in processing cheque payments. You can pay online by credit/debit card using Worldpay or PayPal. If required, we can also send a PayPal invoice on request.

 

Q. Can I include a picture and text on my badges?

A. Yes, these are your badges and we want them to look how you want. Please bear in mind that 25mm badges need limited text so that the design remains clear and legible. We do not charge to amend or design your artwork. We always send artwork samples before we make the badges, giving you the chance to approve or amend the artwork to best suit your requirements.

 

Q. How many colours can I have on my badges?

A. We do not limit the number of colours you can have. As long as your design can be printed, we will do it for you.

 

Q. Can I pay extra for Special Delivery?

A. Yes, if you want to upgrade your postage, you can choose from the available delivery options in our checkout area. Please note, this does not usually change the production time, but it can upgrade the delivery service once your order has been dispatched. We also offer Quickbadge Express, Premier and Premier+ services on selected products and quantities for last-minute deadlines.

 

Q. Can you send a free sample to view before we buy?

A. Sorry, but in order to keep our prices low, we are unable to send out free samples. All our products are available to buy in single quantities.
