Can I pay for the badges to arrive in express time? A. Unlike our fellow badge makers we do not charge for express service, we treat all our customers the same. We aim to dispatch your badges within 48hrs of your approving the artwork sample we send you. Q. How can I get my artwork to you? A. You can now upload jpeg, giff & Bitmap files direct from the submit artwork page on this site, or you can send any file direct to sales@quickbadge.co.uk. Q. Can I pay you by cheque instead as I dont have a paypal account? A. We do accept payments by cheque however there is a 5% handling charge and we can not dispatch your order until cleared funds are showing in our account. We accept payments by Worldpay, Paypal invoice on request, Direct bank transfers to our HSBC Business account & Credit Card payments over the phone. Q. Can I include a picture and text on my badges? A. Yes, these are your badges and we want them to look how you want. Please bare in mind the 25mm badge needs limited text so its clear and legible. We do not charge to amend or design your artwork. We always send out artwork samples before we make the badges, this is your chance to either approve or amend the artwork to best suite your requirements. Q. How many colours can I have on my badges? A. We do not limit the amount of colours you can have. So long as it can be printed on a colour laser printer we will do it for you. Q. Can I pay extra for Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery? A. Yes, we pay 1st class postage on all our UK orders. If you want to upgrade your postage we now have the Special Delivery option in our checkout area (Note your badges are made in the same time but the delivery day is guaranteed) There is a standard charge of £10.00 for this service. Q. Can you send a free sample to view before we buy? A. Sorry but due to the small markup we put on our products and in order to keep our prices low we are unable to send out free samples.
