How to Order
ORDERING OPTIONS
You can order and pay online. Registered customers can update delivery addresses, upload artwork, track orders and view order history through your secure account page. We also allow orders to be placed via PayPal Express, this requires no registration.
Online
1. Select the products and quantities you would like to order from the online store.
2. Create an account or login to your account.
3. Make payment online with a credit / debit card using Worldpay or PayPal.
4. Send us your artwork. Registered customers can do this via a secure submit artwork/text link by logging into their account or you can email us.
5. If you have a deadline, please let us know when you place your order.
We also accept orders over the phone and via email.
Phone and Email
1. Call us to make a credit/debit card payment.
2. Email us with the following information:
a. Artwork
b. Products and quantities required
c. Delivery address and contact telephone number
d. Deadline
Delivery Options
Standard Service - All of our products have delivery included on UK orders. The usual turn around is 4 to 8 working days.
First Class - For UK customers requiring a faster delivery, but not on a tight deadline, just choose first class delivery in the postage options. The usual turn around is 3 to 6 working days.
Special Delivery - For UK customers with deadlines within a week we offer Special Delivery (Monday to Friday) on most products. Just choose special delivery in the postage options and let us know your deadline in the message box.
Quickbadge Express - For UK customers with last minute deadlines we offer Quickbadge Express on limited products and quantities. Please call us to discuss your requirements and for prices.
