Artwork Guide

Here are some useful artwork design tips to help us produce the best quality print possible, ensuring great end results for your merchandise.

Artwork Format

We accept most file formats. For best results, artwork should be at least 300dpi. Lower-resolution files are accepted, but may result in reduced print quality.

We print in CMYK, so files submitted in RGB may show slight colour variation when converted.
Please remove all borders, guide rings and markers before submitting your artwork.

Templates and design specifications are available to download at the bottom of each product page.

Bleed Area

Please include an 8mm bleed/background around your design. This ensures your artwork wraps neatly around the badge and allows for slight movement during printing and cutting.

If your background is a solid colour, we can usually add the bleed for you. Bleed is especially important for images, patterns or detailed backgrounds.

Fonts

If submitting AI, PDF or PSD files, please outline all text or convert it to shapes to avoid font issues.
Text in JPG, GIF or BMP formats is already flattened, so no extra steps are needed.
