38mm (1 1/2 Inch) Custom Button Pin Badges

Badge Size: 38mm

Image Size: 34mm - Keep anything you want to show on the badge face within this size

Background/Bleed: 44mm - The background/colour/pattern of your design needs to be this size, NOT the badge size, so there is enough bleed for the wrap of the badge.

Cut Line: 51mm

Text - Limit the amount of text on this badge. The more text the smaller and less visible it becomes. Bold fonts work best.

Colours - Contrasting colours work best - for example darker colours such as blues/purples/greens don't stand out well against a black background. Also depending on your screen resolution settings please be aware that colours may appear slightly different/darker when printed on the finished product. Design - Keep the design simple - finer small details don't show as well on this size badge.

Resolution/Format - We accept most file formats, please ask us if you are unsure, but save your artwork as a large high resolution file - 300dpi minimum. We can work with smaller files than this, however the print quality may be significantly reduced. All guide rings/markers/borders should be removed before saving for submission.

Artwork Submission - Registered customers are now able to submit artwork and required text from their accounts page or on the last page in the checkout process.  Customers using PayPal Express will need to email artwork/details quoting the allocated order receipt number after purchase.

“Really helpful service once again - I sent the artwork through and Jason and Julie spotted that there was a very feint "Proofquot which i had missed! Grateful for their attention to detail. Badges were then produced and here in no time. I appreciate the way they keep me informed of progress right through from ordering to delivery. Can't recommend them highly enough. “Genuinely amazed at the brilliant level of service from Quick Badge, not to mention the quality of the badges themselves. I needed badges fast, put in my order at about 9.30pm Thursday night thinking no one would get back to me until morning, and I had an almost instant personal response and they got to work straight away - I approved the artwork and they went into production that very night, I received them Saturday afternoon! (I used the Premier postage service, but given the reasonable price of the badges themselves I was prepared to splash out a bit on this occasion). Above and beyond what I expected and I am so appreciative. I am recommending you to everyone and will definitely buy from you again. Thank you.”
