“The acid test for any company is what happens when it goes wrong. The problem was asking for badges by a deadline, but not ticking the postage option to get that and not noticing the expected delivery date was too late (Yes, my fault) A later email to Quickbadge saying quotAre they ready yet?quot got a phone call within a few minutes , an invoice for faster post soon after, then a push through production, and badges delivered on time within 24 hrs.
