“The acid test for any company is what happens when it goes wrong. The problem was asking for badges by a deadline, but not ticking the postage option to get that and not noticing the expected delivery date was too late (Yes, my fault) A later email to Quickbadge saying quotAre they ready yet?quot got a phone call within a few minutes , an invoice for faster post soon after, then a push through production, and badges delivered on time within 24 hrs. In short when it goes wrong, they fix it. And that's good. The kids are happy with the badges too!”
